<Job Responsibilities>
・ Build and manage the company’s Human Resource Department to support the company’s goals and mission through HR activities
・Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resource staff.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves problems discreetly.
・Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff. Encourages the ongoing
development of the Human Resources staff

・To review strategic HR policy, system, procedures, policies, regulations and develop qualified
workforce to align with company’s business plan
・ Provides a courteous and professional service at all times to maintain positive colleague
interactions with good working relationship
・Generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organisational
planning, employee relations, and training and development.
・Maintain good industrial relations and good employee satisfaction level
・To review current compensation and benefits policies and ensure the proper implementation of
the policies, including salary, insurance, other allowances and benefits
