<Job Responsibilities>
- Understand the concept of MUJI's sales floor, store work for display and production, and provide store staff with OJT sales guidance.
- Determine weekly / monthly countermeasures in conjunction with the product department, sales department, and advertising department and implement them at stores.
- Creation and proposal of sales floor layout plan and execution on site
- Build internal and external networks, collect information and share information.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender - Any
- Age - 25-35
- English skill (Business class)- above TOIEC700 TOEFL80
- At least one year of experience working in the retail industry as a VMD manager

- Japanese Skill : Business level (N2 level)
- PC skill : Date analysis using Excel(Pipot,table,VLOOK, macro etc)
- Word and PowerPoint skill
- Person who can make consistent decisions
