<Job Responsibilities>
You are to carry out the job to assist/support Project Manager
- Support the Project Manager with the related organization before the award of Contract
- Assist Project Manager with all the Contractual Requirement at each stage of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, including administrative and project activities (adherence to, but not limited to, compliance with scope of work, cost control between budget and actual amount, quality assurance and quality control, schedule & risk control, safety at site)
- Prepare the project documentations as Projects Reports to the Customer, Application of Permit & Weekly Reports and Meeting Reports with Vendors, subcontractors and related parties, (Overall Situation, Engineering and Procurement), Problems and Counter Measures (Schedule, Technical Matter, budget and actual amount) and the situation of budget and actual amount
- Follow up the requirement by the Project Manager to implement the required Project Management. (For Co-work with Engineering Manager and Project Staff of our company as well)
- Manage the corrective action and preventive action together with QA/QC manager
- After starting the construction, stay at site partially or wholly to manage the Construction together with the Project Manager
