<Job Responsibilities>
・Communicate with Japanese business team in Japan to clarify the user needs and business goals (by Japanese)
・Cooperate with team members to lead projects to success.
・Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure product always is high performance and up-to-date with latest technologies.

・Develop high-quality software design and architecture with detail documents.
・Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life-cycle.
・Implement programs and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
・Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

・Other tasks assigned by Japanese Headquarter and Japanese Director

※For PM level candidate, below task will be required
- Manage team members
- Give advice to the team members
- Control schedule to meet the deadline
- Cooperate with Japan Headquarter to define Requirement Analysis, System Design, Test Design

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-45 years old
・Language: Japanese business level
・Experience:
- At least 3 years working experience as a BrSE in Web Product Development in Japanese Companies.
- For Project Manager level: Management experience is required.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・English (Communication level)
・Working experience in Japan
・Have experience in Requirement Analysis, System Design, Test Design

<Interview>
・Interview round: 2 rounds
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Vietnamese Engineer + Vietnamese HR
- 2nd round: Japanese Director
・Test: Yes (Technical exam)
・Skype: Yes
