<Company structure>
Company currently have 2 departments:
(1) Department responsible for taking order's from client.
(2) Department responsible for arranging the products.
Company wants to put these departments together to control the raw materials in one batch.
This position will be put as Senior Staff and be working for this department, called as Marketing Department.

<Position in the company>
・Name: Production Control
・Level: Senior Staff
・Department: Marketing Department.
*This position will become Leader of this department in the future. This department has 2 members)

<Job Responsibilities>
・ Collect orders from clients.
・ Create production plans according to each project.
・ Confirm and order raw materials required for production.
・ Create production schedule and send to the Manufacturing department.
・ Manage inventory of raw materials.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Gender: Female Preferable
・Age: 33 - 40 years old
・Language: Japanese business level (From N3) for reporting to Japanese Manager and communicating with clients.
・Experience: At least 3 years experience in Production control management in manufacturing industry.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have good communication skills.

<Schedule>
・Interview round: 1 round
・Interviewer: Director (Japanese) + GA Manager (Vietnamese) + other Vietnamese Manager
・Test: No
・Company will arrange Zoom interview if cannot have face to face interview
