<Team member: Press and Mold team 24 people, BD team 6 people (in which 3 are Technical Staffs)>
<Subordinates: 0 person -> this position does not require management skill>
<Job responsibility>
*This position is called as BD Executive (Technical) and will belong to Press and Mold Department*
- Provide proper technical advises and support to internal staff and customers.
- Develop and conduct technical training seminar based on customers’ requirement.
- Train and education junior Vietnamese staff about technical issues.
- Create training methods for both internal and external use.
<Requirements>
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27 - 35 years old
・Language: English conversational level (focus on writing and speaking)
・Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in Press and Mold (Die Making/Production) related job. Especially, mold design or mold manufacture related jobs.
- Experience in Maintenance or Design department in Japanese manufacture company.
- Able to use MS Office and MS Access
<Personality>
・Require high logical thinking and good communication skills.
・Good time management skills and generate good team working
・High ethical and standards moral are strongly required
<Interview>
・Interview rounds: 1~2 rounds
・Interviewer: BD Senior manager, Manager, Director
・Interview style: Via Skype (Depending on pandemic situation, company can arrange face to face interview)
・Test: Yes (Excel test and Technical test)
