<Job Responsibilities>
※ This position will be commuting between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh (1 week per month). However mainly still work in Hanoi.
- In Ho Chi Minh, he/she will take care clients in Ho Chi Minh.
- In Hanoi, he/she will visit clients around 3-4 times / week.
- In the future, there might be oversea (in Asia) business trip once per year (not decided yet)
・Build relationship with existing clients and try to increase orders from these clients.
・Find new clients and suppliers, expand orders from these clients and suppliers.
・Create documents, quotation, fee schedules relating to sales activity.
・Manage delivery from the suppliers.
・Find suitable supplier for client's request.
・Handle Inquiries from customers
・Report to Japanese Manager
・Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager.
※ This position will have on the job training (OJT) with other 2 sales member.
※This sales doesn't have individual target. There is only group target.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College and above
・Gender: Male preferred
・Age: 24 - 40 years old (Current employee 31 and 29 years old)
・Language: Japanese business level - N2 and above (for Internal use and for communicating with clients) + English conversational
・Experience: At least 2 year experience working in sales positions in manufacturing companies or trading companies.
※ Note: Candidate who are willing to travel between Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh or candidate who is considering moving to Ho Chi Minh for work.
<Preferable skills>
・Machine parts related products.
・Have English skills
・Experience working in sales position in Machine or Industrial parts manufacturing companies.
・Have knowledge about import - export sales
・Have negotiating skills
<Schedule>
・Hiring reason: Increase headcount. Currently there is no sales staff in Ho Chi Minh office.
・Interview rounds: 2-3 rounds
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Japanese Sales Manager (face to face)
- 2nd round: Japanese Sales Manager (face to face) and/or Japanese Director (online)
(- if necessary) 3rd round: Japanese Director (online)
