<Job Responsibilities>
・Product of selling: Steel bar used in construction. This product will mainly be sold to general constructor.
・In charge of selling activity to existing clients and to newly developed clients (Newly developed clients: around 50, Existing local clients: 10, Existing Japanese clients: 15)
・Make sales quota, create contracts.
・Adjust purchasing with manufactures, control delivery.
・Have appointments with clients and suppliers (3-4/per week)
・Other assigned tasks.
* After joining the company, this position will follow and receive training from two other members from the Sales Department (One of the two just joined recently, they can learn with each other) *
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Any
・Gender: Any
・Age: 24 - 30 years old
(Other members are around 31-32 years old)
・Language: Not required
(This position works directly with 2 other Vietnamese members, he/she does not have to use English or Japanese to report directly to Japanese Manager)
・Experience: Either of the below:
- At least 1 year experience working in sales position, with selling products being steel material or construction materials.
- At least 1 year experience working in purchasing or procurement positions in general contractor companies.

・Reason of hiring: To improve sales department, develop Vietnamese clients and expand sales in local market.

- 1st round: Japanese Manager + Vietnamese Sales Staff (face to face or skype)
- 2nd round: Japanese Director (face to face)
