<Job Responsibilities>
- In charge of administrative / general affairs of the whole factory.
- Support management stationery and necessary items.
- Supplier management: Operating and managing the catering provider, cleaning service, greenery, staff shuttle, uniforms, ...
- Managing the distribution of stationery, uniforms of necessary items for employees, distribution of milk, ...
- Manage daily rice productivity, documents, vehicles moving between factories.
- Managing the entrance and exit of partners, contractors, suppliers.
- Responsible for managing workshops insurance, foreign shuttle bus.
- Jobs related to foreigners such as applying for visa, work permit, apartment ...
- Ensure timely assistance with preparations related to the department's duties.
- Make reports related to administration.
- And the work as directed by superiors.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any.
- Age: 32 - 39 (Must be less than 40).
- Qualification: University Degree.
- Languages: Business level in English.
- Experiences: Candidates with experience from 10 years, management experience is compulsory.
- Dynamic, careful and accurate, timely at work.
- Proficiency in office computer.
- Co-operation and high responsibility.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Priority to know more Japanese.
- Priority to candidates who have worked for companies of 500 or more.
