JOB DUTIES
Report to Managing Partner
Main Tasks:
In this critical role, you will work closely with Managing Partners and Regional Partners to provide legal advisory support to ZICOlaw’s clients.
-Meeting and interviewing clients to establish the Firm’s suitability to provide the necessary advice and service.
-Identifying the Firm’s resources and external resources relevant to client situations, and advising clients on the law and legal issues relating to their case.
-Researching and analyzing documents and case law to ensure the accuracy of advice and procedure.
-Integrating delivery of services with other practice areas to provide full client service.
-Arranging and attending further client meetings and where necessary to progress with the case and finalize documentation.
-Drafting, reviewing and implementing legally binding contracts tailored on behalf of the client’s individual needs.
-Taking referrals from other firms’ lawyers when a conflict of interest arises or if they have no specialist practitioner available.
-Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the law by reading up on journals and law reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Any

-Ideal candidates should have:
•A minimum of 6-8 years PQE and experience working as a Senior Associate.
•Strong analytical, leadership and management abilities.
•Experience in the practice area of corporate law would be highly regarded.
•Good command in English.
