<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement and recommend the most realistic sales goals/strategies for the company based on customers and market feedback
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
- Interpret short-and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit, carry out analyses of statistic to determine the potential growth
- Provide training courses and coaching of all sales policies and procedures to sales staff and supervise them in order to operate sales team smoothly
- Hold regular meeting with sales team members, supervise performance of sales staff, help and guide them to achieve the target.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate sales with business systems or processes
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: At least Bachelor Degree ( in Economic fields, Logistics or Technical)
- Experience: At least 3 year experience in the same position (Sales Manager) in manufacturing company
- Age: 30 - 40 years old
- Gender: Male
- Skills:
+ Good leadership & management skill
+ Quick problem solving and good analytical skill
+ High individual and teamwork
- Language: English - Business Level (excellent in verbal and written)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of trading, import - export and customs
- Experience in Steel field is an advantage
- Work under high pressure
