Japanese Speaking - Quality Control - Trading

<Products: For business in Vietnam: Fabric for clothes, cotton, tissue,... >
<Clients: Japanese companies in Vietnam and local companies >
<Saturday Working: Twice per month>

<Job Responsibilities>
・Going to supplier's factory in Phu Tho twice per week.
Perform QC task on the company's products (mainly clothes) quality in this supplier's factory to make sure they meet with the client's requirement.
・Should there be any problem rise, this position will think of ways to improve or fix this.
・Check the schedule of the making of the product and report to the client.
・Work with Japanese clients (once they can enter Vietnam) and go with them to the factory
・Find new suppliers to meet with the clients demand.
・Other tasks assigned by the Manager
・Other:
- This position will use company's car to go to the supplier's factory and meet the clients.
- This time is only Phu Tho, in the future this position might go to Hung Yen and Hai Phong also.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: Japanese conversational level (equivalent to N3, mainly communicate with Headquarter in Japan) and English basic level (for internal communication)
・Experience: Have at least 2 years work experience as QC in manufacturing industry.

・Honest people
・Can do team work
・Have logical thinking

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience working in Japanese companies
・Have experience working in Trading companies at QC position.

<Schedule>
・Interview round: 2-3 face to face rounds
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Korean General Manager
- 2nd round: Japanese General Director, Vietnamese HR
- 3rd round: Japanese General Director (Mainly talk about offer conditions)
・Test: No
・Interview language: English and
・Schedule (If any): Anytime (prefer September)
