<Job Responsibilities>
- Drafting the necessary documents;
- Arrange and manage meeting room schedule;
- Sort mail classification and delivery; record keeping, clerical;
- Book stationery, airline tickets, hotels;
- Contract management;
- Customer support: Telephone service, guide customers to transact and work at the company's office, prepare tea and water to welcome guests;
- In charge of organizing events: seminars, birthdays,…. (if)
- Other general affairs.
<Hiring Schedule>URGENT
- Expected 1st interview date : from 1-3 days getting CVs
- How many round interview : 2 rounds
+ 1st round: Assistant Manager
+ 2st: Director
+ Language interview : English + Vietnamese

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education : Bachelor ( any Major)
- Age: Under 29 years old
- Gender: Female ony
- Language: English (Business Level); Good communication in English (required), Japanese language recommended
- Emotional voice, easy to hear;
- Good communication and behavior; agility, openness.
- Fresh graduate can apply
