Japanese Speaking - Factory Automation Sales Engineer

<Products: Factory Automation (FA) products as PLC, Inverter, HMI, Servo Motor/Amp etc.>
<Clients: Japanese factories>

<Job Responsibilities>
- To be in charge of connecting with Japanese customers/factory who using Factory Automation (FA) products as PLC, Inverter, HMI, Servo Motor/Amp, etc. in Vietnam to sell and key-spec company's products.
- Corporate and keep closed relationship with machine makers who are using FA’s product to make machine for Japanese factories
- Make plan for promotion activity and other activities to expand market share of company's products.
- Do sales promotion for Japanese and Vietnamese person who work in Japanese company.
- Prepare and compile Weekly & Monthly Report.
- Frequently go on business trip: 2 - 3 times a week (only during working time of the day) to Northern provinces outside Hanoi; once every quarter to Ho Chi Minh or Da Nang to visit key accounts to monitor business status and update market information (competitors' products, price & marketing activities).
- Do other tasks as assigned by Manager.


<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: University degree of Automation/Mechatronics Engineering/Electrical
- Experience:
+ At least 02-year experience at Sales position in Factory Automation/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
OR
+ Used to have 2 years working experience in foreign or foreign-invested companies (not in the operator of translator positions) which in the same industry and had good sales skills
- Age: 25 - 34 years old. Gender: Any
- Language:
+ English: Business Level - equivalent to 750 TOEIC upwards (Good at Communication)
+ Japanese: equivalent to N3+ to N2 level - mainly used in communicating with Japanese direct manager and some Japanese clients who cannot use English well
- Good knowledge of Factory automation equipment/machine (at least 1 or 2 among PLC, CNC, Robot, Inverter, HMI, Servo Motor/Amp,...)
- Skills:
+ Very good communication skill
+ Good problem solving skill
+ Good team work and individual working skills
- Characteristics: Confident, friendly, agile

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Trustful, dynamic, hard-working and have high responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and in team

<Interview schedule>
- 2 rounds:
+ Round 1: Japanese Line Manager & Vietnamese HRM
+ Round 2: Japanese Line Manager & Vietnamese HRM & Japanese Branch Manager
- Interview language: English and little Japanese
