Deputy Manager (Architect) - Construction & Engineering Service

<Job Responsibilities>
- Control day to day Design activities of the Company
+ Preparing architectural drawing including details.
+ Creating architectural parts library for CAD and BIM
+ Maintaining drawing data on server
- Control the process of creating Design proposal & review conceptual, basic and detail design drawing & specifications.
- Responsible to develop & review building permit application drawings & spec.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with structural & M&E design Dept.
- Co-ordinate with government authorities, project site, sub-contractors to ensure proper execution based on drawings.
- Negotiate with Authorities, Architects or Consultants.
- Control Design process for all projects.
- To make application & design schedule to get client’s requirement.
- To issue Design Drawings & specification to Client and other department.
- To instruct and evaluate staffs in the Department.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualifications: Bachelor degree
- Language Skill: English (Business Level)
Intermediate spoken communication
- Experience: 5 - 10 years experience in Architect Field
- Age: 27 - 40
- Gender: Male/ Female
- Other Skills:
+ Have experiences in designing factory, working with some factory projects

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience working in Japanese or Korean Company
- Understanding Japanese working environment or culture
