Lead Software Engineer (C#) in Hanoi - IT

<Job Responsibilities>
This position will manage a team of engineers of 10 or less in the design and development of CAD/ BIM plug-in software used in the manufacturing / plant / construction industry.

Specific Job Scope
・Participate in the documentation process, requirements analysis, design, deploying, code reviewing, unit testing and operating the product.
・Team management (progress management, schedule management, member management, etc.)
・Coding (organization of algorithm code, etc.)
・Creating use cases
・Test creation and execution
・Document creation

Development environment
・IDE: Rider
・C # 9.0
・.NET Framework 4.8
・Revit 2021 or 2022 Japanese version

Management and communication tools for tasks, source code, materials (design documents, reports, etc.)
・Task: youtrack
・Code: github
・Source: notion, docbase, miro
・Communication: slack

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
・Language: English Conversational (good reading, writing) and Japanese conversational (N3 and above)
・Having 5 years’ experience in similar positions (Proficient in C# and OOP)
・Experienced in managing team with at least 3-5 people
・Experience in designing and developing large-scale systems with complex business
・Good at logical thinking and good at math.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experienced in Agile/Scrum
・CAD system development experience
・Knowledge about Revit or Auto CAD, 3D graphics programming
・Knowledge and interests in architecture, construction, plants, etc.
・High interest in various programming languages and coding, mathematics (Optimization)
・Advanced mathematical knowledge such as optimization
・Japanese skills
