Sales cum Project manager - Interior

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Our customers are companies which are considering expanding their businesses to Vietnam or companies which are intended to move offices, and we also provide overall interior construction management and customer support.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Sales duty: Follow up with existing customers, sometimes work with new customers (visiting them, participating in meetings for negotiating, etc.), presenting proposals, negotiating including their budgets, reporting status to client
* Once construction begins, we will conduct regular site inspections and regular visits after handover.
- Project management duty: managing plans, costs, project schedules, meeting with clients and point of contacts, on-site assessments
- Management duty: Vietnamese staff management, education, working system development.
- We are a start-up company that repeats trial and error every day. Therefore, we want you to find issues and propose improvements and make improvements internally

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
・Age: 25~40 years old
・Gender: Male only
・Language: English Conversational level
・Experience: Having at least 3 years experience in one of those requirements as below.

- Technical experience in the construction industry (no sales experience is acceptable)
