<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsibility:
+ Company Works with wide range products of Indoor Air Quality Products (IAQ)
+ He/she delivers all functions, applications, and unique selling points to the target audience through training activities that aligned with the company's business plan. But also gaining the heart and trust share of customers to be the leading manufacturer in the Vietnam market.
- Company professional electrician program:
+ Establishing/ developing a training program to be one of the trusted models for electricians.
+ Preparing a mid-long training plan for each scheme of electrical level.
+ Creating and collecting all contents of product and electrical requirements for training material.
+ Recruiting participants, evaluating trainers, organizing all training sessions, and following up to ensure the quality of the program.
- Company product training program:
+ Cohering with the Product planning team to update existing/new product features for preparing training material.
+ Cooperating with the Marketing team to arrange training schedules for each target audience including distributor, dealer, electrician, consumer, and internal members, …
- Technical support and customer handling:
+ Support customers related to technical matters including specification, test reports, …
+ Follow up on customer claim handling with the factory regarding technical issues.
+ Cooperating with the Legal dept to manage and control counterfeit products.
+ Other tasks to be assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Age: 24-35
• Gender: Any
• Language skills: English - Intermediate Level (Good verbal and written English communication.)
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree, technical degree related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a Technical Engineer/Maintenance Engineer
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Working as both a teamwork and individual
