<Responsibilities:>
1. PR & Digital (60%)
· PR: Press releases, Product reviews & Blog article development
· Social media: Content direction development, Media performance monitoring, Community Response
· Digital marketing: Boost strategic content on targeted media with an optimized budget.
· Other digital touchpoint management
2. Product Communications (25%)
· Events, tradeshows, exhibitions, training, workshop, seminars
· Co-marketing programs with partners (MDT, MD, dealers…)
· Channel branding
· E-commerce support
3. Administrative duties (15%)
· Vendor account creation & maintenance
· Contract & Payment
· Reporting
· Other ad-hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree, major in Marketing/ Communications/ PR/ Digital
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Marketing Executive in Electronic products, Office Equipment, digital printing industry, with strong knowledge about B2B industry
- Hard skills:
+ Brand acumen
+ Event/Activation planning & execution with a proven track record
+ Content creation
+ Copywriting
+ Artwork evaluation
+ Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok)
+ Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, eDM, Brand/CI guideline, e-commerce
+ Sound understanding of the Vietnamese media landscape (online/offline)
- Soft skills & Personal characteristics:
+ Fluent communication & presentation skills
+ Good sense of aesthetics
+ Interpersonal skills
+ Project management, Time management
<Preferable Skills>
- Previous experience at PR/ Digital/Communications agency is a plus.
