Sales Assistant - Trợ lý kinh doanh - Retail

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Lead the operations in the new start-up store

<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead the operations in the store, including operating cost, manpower plan, area management, shelf organizing,
- Product preparation, and performance development to ensure gross sales
- Monitor communication with buying and merchandising to ensure effective coordination
- Prepare and complete online store orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
(load, pack, wrap, label, ship and deliver.)
- Receiving goods from Distribution Center.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked store and keep up to date with product information.
- Follow all companies’ policies and procedures.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Under 30 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English or Japanese - Business Level (Internal Communication & Traning)
・Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to follow the retail operating hours and work on weekends and public holidays if required.
- Team player and able to engage with store employees
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
・Having experience in the retail industry (including a part-time job)
・Having good communication skills
・Having good knowledge of customer service
・Having good knowledge of retail business
・Can work aggressively, active
・Can work relocate in the future

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Study abroad experience in Japan or Work experience at a Japanese company
・Candidate must possess at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the retail field
・Data analyst skill
・Having store management skills
