Senior Account Manager - Marketing Agency

<Job Responsibilities>
・Develop new clients for digital marketing and web production projects
・Communicae to understand the content of the client's business and clarify the requirements for creating new proposals for the client
・Build relationships with agencies and partners
・Have fight pitching, proposal presentation, and consulting skills
・Work and manage suppliers for related campaigns and projects

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 27 ~ 34
　- Young is OK (from 25) but with a clear career path in the company and not a job hopper
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: English Intermediate level or higher
・Experience: More than 3 years experience in digital marketing, social media, and web production field in the marketing agency
・Others:
- Having a flexible mind and independent working skills
- Having strong skills in communication, business& marketing strategic thinking, and providing solutions for client's business

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Good communication in Japanese
・Preference experienced candidate worked/ working in an agency environment (over 5 years)
・Japanese is an advantage
・Priority is given to candidates who have extensive experience in new sales and have had relationships with previous brands and partners
・Has experience as a senior account and can work as a main person in charge of expanding the services provided to the client he is in charge of and working to acquire client budget

・Managing Digital Marketing
・Work with internal teams such as the design team, engineer, planner, and wand riter to ensure on-time project progress and complete monthly client requests
