<Job Responsibilities>
Perform day-to-day IT operation support, IT troubleshooting, maintaining SLA, gathering and analyzing new utilize responsible IT assets, and provide support to deliver IT projects related to hardware, network in the office, software, and business applications as below:
- Work with IT VN Head to provide support for the use of existing software and business applications
- Gather and analyze new business requirements, work with IT VN Head, and coordinate with IT from head office to propose best-fit solutions as well as supporting testing, training, and going live
- Manage and perform day-to-day IT operation support, troubleshooting, maintaining SLA, tracking using the ticketing system, and delivering internal IT training
- Manage, utilize (procure, upgrade, rotate, replace), and maintain inventory of computers, other end user’s devices, conferencing device
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science
・Language: English - Conversational Level (can communicate and write reports, and emails; TOEIC 550)
・Experience: At least 2 years experience in IT Technical Support and network, software.
