<Job Responsibilities>
・Maintain relationships with existing clients. Developing new clients.
・Follow up with requirements from clients, including quotations, delivery, cost, and inventory.
・Follow up with the clients' production plan and production progress. Follow up with the suppliers' production and delivery plan.
・In charge of sales activities to achieve the expected sales budget.
・Create sales strategy in consideration of the client's production forecast and market situation.
・Be contact person between the clients, internal QA team, and suppliers. Gather the information and contact with related parties.
・Research and approach the targeted clients.
・Search for new manufacturers based on the client's requirements. Propose quotation and negotiate the cost with these manufacturers.
・Respond to proposals and negotiations such as sample proposals and quotations according to the clients' requests.
**Client ratio: 100% existing clients after onboarding. In the future, this ratio will gradually change to 80% existing - 20% new clients.
**Business trips happens once per month or based on the client's request.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanics, Automation, Electricity, Materials Engineering)
・Gender: Male
・Age: 24-30 years old
・Language: Japanese business level (equivalent to N3-N2)
・Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales positions or QA/ QC/ Technical positions in the manufacturing industry.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have knowledge of machining, stamping, plastic injection molding, and aluminum casting.
<Preferred personality>
・Can support assessing clients' needs and requirements.
・Excelent proposal and negotiation skills.
・Can work independently
・Good understanding of the technical products and information.
・Good customer service skills
・Good communication and presentation skills.
・Can go on business trips
