<Job Responsibilities> :
Assist General Manager/ Sales Manager in sales & marketing activities:
• Sales budget, sales forecast, sales support, sales review and accounts receivable;
• Prepare marketing & sales supports plan to clients/ distributors; support distributors/ clients to increase sale volume;
• Coordinate with production, and logistics to monitor purchase orders; Keep track of purchase orders and make cost reports;
• Maintain regular contact with Clients/Distributors by exchanging information through telephone, fax, e-mail, customer visits and by following up to ensure problems or claims are solved/ corrected in a timely manner;
• Manage after-sales Support activities by following up Purchase orders to ensure satisfactory completion of contract terms (requirements, delivery, payment schedule, etc.) and by troubleshooting problems promptly;
• Develop sales channels; Evaluate clients/ distributors’ ability.
• Keep Management reported by identifying strengths and weaknesses of processes and recommend changes;
• Other tasks assigned by the General Manager and Manager in charge.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business level (Able to communicate, read, analyze general business documents, and write business correspondence and procedure manuals)
・Experience: Over 3 years experience in sales and/ or marketing positions of visible products like Auto Equipment, spare parts, batteries, Tires, etc.…
+ Familiar with managing and supporting B2B Distribution Channels.
• Experienced and excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
<Personalities>:
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Able to handle multi-task and work independently as well as good teamwork skills.
• Experienced and excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel, Power Point.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of lubricants or chemical
- Can communicate in Japanese
