Japanese Speaking - Production Control Assistant Manager - Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
- Make production plan, import-export plan, control warehouse and do procurement.
- Manage and improve the Production Control department's structure.
- Respond to ISO ISO9001, 14001, 45001.
- Manage the performance in accordance with the department's policy and assign tasks to the members.

1. Production planning tasks:
- Monitor and manage all operations from receiving customer orders to production and shipping
- Manage customer lists, purchase orders and customer forecasts
- Manage product drawings and product composition charts
- Based on customer's order and forecast to calculate, make production plans, adjust and deploy production plans to all stages and departments in the factory.
- Issue, implement and manage production directives (Work Order)
- Manage and monitor daily production progress
- Manage data entry for SAP system (production management system)
- Prepare, adjust and monitor shipping plans

2. Procurement tasks:
- Calculate the amount of components and raw materials needed for production, make a list of missing components and raw materials, make purchases and manage delivery time.
- Investigate, perform evaluation, and select suppliers
- Collect and manage supplier quotation data

3. Import export tasks:
- Study law and carry out necessary import and export activities
- Manage and monitor train, airline, domestic truck schedules, etc.
- Daily check and monitor the customs clearance status of import and export goods of products, components, raw materials, machinery and equipment...
- Prepare export documents, Delivery Order, Invoice Packing list of exported goods
- Send shipping documents to customers
- Check and compare monthly customs data with month-end production inventory data

4. Warehouse control tasks:
- Plan import and export of components, monitor Incoming Quality Control operations
- Manage component inventory on the SAP production management system
- Manage the import and export of components according to the principle of first in, first out (FIFO) and production directives.
- Control temperature and humidity of components warehouse
- Plan inventory → Perform inventory → Prepare inventory report → Report inventory results to superiors.

5. Finished product warehouse management tasks:
- Establish and implement packaging operations sequence
- Manage export activities (shipment plan, conduct the first product shipment meeting, check quantity, bond, check the probability of exported goods...)

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College Degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: From 32 years old
・Language: Japanese business level (from N2 and above)
・Experience:
- Experienced working as Production planning or Import-Export manager in Japanese companies.
- Understands Production planning, Import-Export, Warehousing and Procurement tasks.
- Experienced using SAP system and exxcel
- Have import-export related certifications.
- Can manage subordinates.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Working experience in the Manufacturing or Import-export related industries.
