<Job Responsibilities>
Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager of industrial sewing machines for FDI market (Mainly Korean market) in an organization of about 30 people, about 5 people in FDI team.
*Visiting end-user FDI factories (Mainly Korean garment/Shoes/Automotive factories), sales activities, promotional activities, proposal activities, relationship building, and concluding business.
*Developing new clients
*Concluding contracts with dealers and clients
*Communication with dealers about logistics / international trading matters
*Supporting order placement and shipping operations
*Having business trips to all of Vietnam, South East Asia, and South Korea (including overnight stays)
*Visiting and presenting o the client's Korean headquarters
*Preparing monthly sales forecasts
*Building and controlling relationships with dealers, developing new dealers and other sales networks, and managing them.
*Managing Marketing Activities for New Product Launches
*Translating websites, catalogs, and manuals into Korean
*Holding exhibitions and other events
*Doing Market research (including market trends, competitor conditions, proposals for product planning, etc.)
*Reporting to the FDI Team Manager or Japanese Sales Manager
*The company desires to expand its activity, not only for product sales but also for the solution proposed by automation and IoT network systems
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・University Degree: Bachelor Degree
・Languague: Korean at the Native Level and English at the Business Level
・Have at least 3 years experience in B to B solution sales. Knowledge of international trading practices.
・Be able to propose specific solutions to customers rather than just selling products in a box at a cheap price.
・Good at building good relationships with dealers. Should be able to cultivate/develop new customers.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・It is better if they have experience in sales of industrial sewing machines.
・It is better if they have experience in the garment industry, textile industry, or industry for equipment related to the garment/textile industry.
・Ability to build relationships with customers
・Building relationships with dealers
・Sales with experience in solution proposals for industrial sewing machines or related automatic machines, IoT systems, etc.
・Manage the information of customers by utilizing the CRM system
・Report using PowerPoint and Excel and so on.
