<Job Responsibilities>
1. Making a proposal, Making an appointment, Negotiating, and Making a contract.
2. Being a bridge function between Vietnamese companies, our company, and the group company
3. Interpreting from Vietnamese to Japanese and vice versus, if necessary
4. Translating materials from Japanese into Vietnamese and English; and translating from Vietnamese or English into Japanese
5. Studying our company's solutions and general IT trends, and proposing them to our target companies
6. Researching new markets
7. Being responsible for proposal preparation and support
8. Proceeding with all the tasks related to the contract
9. Doing Sales activities without the support from Japanese staff in the future
10. Building good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and working together as a team
11. Having business trips domestically and internationally
12. Proceeding procurement operation (Sometimes our company -> Group company)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Age: 25- 35
• Gender: Any
• Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in technical or IT is preferable
• Language: English and Japanese - Business Level (Internal and external use)
• Experience: Have over more than 3 years of experience as a sales staff in IT vendors or Japanese companies in the IT industry.
• Others:
- Have experience providing service to Finance institutions is a big plus.
- Having a general understanding of the IT field is mandatory.
- Have good communication skills which means 1) reporting to supervisor and colleague regularly, 2) proactively involving the Engineer and Corporate department in making proposals.
- Have good skills to think about the sales strategy deeply by themselves
- Have the sales channel(connection) of financial institutions or IT vendors.
