<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, and computer peripherals (printer, desk phone,...). Proactive to clean up computers
- Giving quick solutions to technical problems with network infrastructure: WAN, LAN, WLAN, PBX /VoIP system, VPN Server/ Client, server, virtual machine
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Proactive to write training manuals & train IT knowledge
- Be responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage status
- Make recommendations for improving IT systems carrying out routine configuration and installing IT solutions
- Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, review system, and applicant logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
- Security system management (Anti-virus & Endpoint Central) and security-related alert screening
- Perform related security reports based on assignments
- Perform scheduled backup operations, ensuring all required file systems
- Investigate and troubleshoot IT-related issues/ISO audits, regular reports, and vulnerability fix
- SAP S4/C4 basic knowledge
- Interact with other parties
- Manage equipment (Computer/ server/ IT equipment) in the company, plan equipment replacement and periodic maintenance
- Promote company performance through digital
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in IT, Computer Science
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Have at least 2 years of experience working as an IT Helpdesk
- Experienced in Office 365, Exchange, Cloud services, Cisco, Fortinet, Windows Server, PBX/VoIP system; Unifi, Aruba, Hyper-V, security applications
- Have good knowledge in hardware such as Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Cisco, Router, Switch L2/L3, MCSA, CCNA, or ITIL
