Chi tiết công việc
1. Plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
2. Create high-quality content on multi-platform including websites, social media channels, and other online/offline platforms.
3. Develop engaging videos for marketing campaigns, including product tutorials, promotional videos, and event highlights.
4. Seeking cooperation opportunities with universities, and partners to increase brand recognition.
5. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
6. Communicate with agencies, and partners to run & optimize the campaigns smoothly.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to implement promotional campaigns & events.
8. Utilize the analytical ability to understand the customer journeys across multiple channels.
9. Research & survey customers to understand more about their insight behavior & pain points.
10. Brainstorm & develop new effective channels for jump-up performance.
11. Other tasks will be assigned by the Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any. Age: 24 - 35 years old.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing/ PR & Ads/ Business Administration or related fields
- Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience with in-house Marketing /Branding teams or Marketing agencies
- Language: English - Business level (good at speaking and writing)
- Skills and Personalities:
+ Proficiency in using/updating trends in social networks (Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.).
+ Strong video editing skills, content creator. An industrial/ Technical background is preferred
+ Excellent project management & communication skills, data analysis skills, and result-oriented.
+ Good at MS Offices and marketing tools.
+ High ethical and moral standards are strongly required.
