JOB DUTIES
Report directly to Vietnamese Manager and indirectly to Japanese DirectorJob Responsibilities:Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries in a helpful and constructive manner and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken in a timely mannerEnsure the safety and security of the school at all times, make sure that the front door is locked and entry to the
premises controlledExplain the company’s education service and academic affairs (student registrations, class schedules) to visitorsCommunicate with parents regarding all aspects of school life, receiving and passing on information, between parents and teachersAssist with the ordering of stationery, materials and resources and ensuring that stock levels are maintainedMaintain and update school information, records and databasesReceive, sort and distribute all packages, deliveries and mailEnsure that the reception area is kept smart and tidy and that noticeboards are kept up-to-dateAssist with various administrative tasks and duties as required by the management board
