JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese General Manager (male, 40s), dotted line to Board of Directors in PhilippinesAssigned to Sales DepartmentManage 2-3 Sales StaffsJob Responsibilities:Business development: search and approach new clients from different sources (own network, client’s reference, Internet…)Take good care of existing clients; learn about their coming projects; share with the teamAct as contact person in collecting and addressing any inquiries from in-charge accountsManage stock level and project pipeline; follow up with finished cases on timely/delayed paymentLead members to achieve company’s targetsUpdate market information; set up action plan in responseOther ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
