GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: Production Control Supervisor– Manufacturing
§ Job code: JO-170914-136370
§ Level: Supervisor
§ Work Location: Hung Yen (has bus from Hanoi)
§ Work Time:
ü Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
ü Saturday: morning 8am-12pm , off twice per month
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
§ Selection Process: Two rounds
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Team Manager
§ Main Tasks:
- Schedule the production planning consistent with the short and long term interests of production control as of sales forecast demand
- Successful management and coordination of the supply chain activities by cross-functional communication and effective planning
- Ability to investigate and identify root cause when the target of production is not achieved
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in production planning and control as schedule, material planning and inventory control, and minimum 1-years of management experience (Experience in Vendor Manage Inventory will be advantage.)
- Strong communication skills in English including effective negotiation
- Very good computer skills (Preferable Excel-If cause, PIVOT, V lookup)
- Knowledge of the company manufacturing operations & capabilities and other elements of the supply chain
- Have good knowledge of production line capacity and material control
- Have knowledge of the relevant software as a manufacturing-planning tool
- Leadership skill
