GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: SENIOR RECRUITER
§ Job code: JO-170915-136485
§ Expected joining date:
§ Work Location: Me Linh, Ha Noi – Bus is provided
§ Work Time:
ü Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:30pm)
ü Saturday: full day - off twice per month
§ Benefit(s): Annual Leave … days per year / Insurance (24/7, family coverage, accident…) / Birthday / Special Occasions (Tet, Lunar, Moon Festival…)
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Manager
§ Assigned to HR Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and recommending strategies to ensure recruitment process in a given time frame.
- Collaborate with departments on regular basis & proactively identify future hiring needs.
- Develops & update job descriptions, job specifications.
- Perform jobs & task analysis to document job requirement & objective.
- Preparing recruitments materials and locate appropriated candidates via several of methods.
- Screen candidates’ resumes & applications.
- Conduct interviews process within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant KSA.
- Corporate with Training staff regarding on boarding new hires in order to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical & well documented recruiting reports to manager.
- Do manpower market research.
- Developing & maintaining a strong network related to recruitment works both inside & outside of organizations.
- Other tasks will assigned by HR Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Human resources or related fields.
- Language Skills: English business level
- Experience as a Recruiter in manufacturing field
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Female
- Age: 24-34
- Personality:
