JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese Manager (male, 40s)
§ Assigned to Sales team
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Search for new clients and project information
- Book meeting with new prospects and go there with Japanese Manager or Senior Interior Designer
- Consult them about the company’s services; identify their needs and requirements
- Transfer these information to internal teams; make sure that all members understand about job specifications
- Work with clients on service contract, payment term and other related issues regarding a specific project
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Language skill(s): English business level
- Computing: MS Office proficiency
- From 2+ years of experience working as same position in construction industry
- Exact experience in foreign interior design companies is a big plus
- Having wide network with potential clients (shopping malls, coffee shops, restaurants and hotels, offices and clinics…)
