JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Provide solutioning support to both internal staffs and external partners through training and onsite regarding 3 genres: photography, sign and duy sublimation printing
- Provide product training and demonstration regularly; support localization of marketing tools such as sales kit, genre presentation, external communication, creation print samples
- Genre solutioning support through presentation and explanation to customer site and via phone
- Product and software testing and comparison
- Support strategic partners through presales activities that lead to sales closure
- Provide critical information from daily support and translate to useful marketing information; compile and dissect technical information and fill gaps for Project Management team to address and resolve
- Provide valuable market demands and trending to Sales team
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
- Language skill(s): English fluent
- Technical skill(s): Graphic Design using Photoshop, InDesign, Freehand, Illustrator, printing, prepress application software
- Proficient in MS Office tools in both PC and Mac environment
- From 3+ years of experience working as similar positions in printing industry (especially large format printers)
- In-depth knowledge about inkjet technology as well as color management workflow through Rips software
- Experienced in customer servicing and handling of projects independently from inception to completion
- Able to speak well in the seminar or to give presentation
