Work details
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all sales related business with dealerships network in the South of Vietnam (from Danang backwards with currently 6 dealers mainly in HCMC and Mekong Delta)
- Take charge of proposing and executing new sales strategies such as sales and marketing programs, and other effective techniques that can improve the performance of manufacture and dealerships
- Prepare of mid-term and long-term sales volume planning
- Ensure that the order and delivery process runs smoothly
- Internal and external reporting as per management requirement
- Responsible for the development and performance of Sales team members
- Keep up-to-date knowledge on competitors products
- Support dealerships throughout the sales operation such as sales and marketing programs, sales promotions to achieve sales targets
- Monthly revise and follow-up the dealer’s sales targets based on Dealer’s BP being in line with real market situation
- Daily get in touch with dealer’s sales manager on sales management, sales target (face-to-face discussion during the business trip/dealer visit or via phone)
- Get in touch with dealer’s principal and owner on updating sales strength/opportunities; market info; dealer’s operation; and asking to manage urgent case and/or keep improving dealer operation
- Get in touch with dealer’s supporting function of finance in conjunction with sales manager/sales admin. to push the dealer’s sales orders procedures
- Follow-up and have checking dealer’s contract, potential customers and fleet sales opportunities
- Present and field support to dealer for such sales events and special marketing activities
- Follow-up and get the dealer’s daily/weekly report done by respective dealers as format and guidelines
* Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor / Diploma Degree
- English: business level
- Age: 30-40
- Having sales experience with exactly commercial vehicles / trucks / semi-trailers
* Preferable Requirements:
- Having good network with truck dealers
- Knowledgeable about truck boot design and regulations
- Personality: hard-working, going out and talking a lot
