<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform the job in the accounting department such as: issuing VAT invoices, inventory monitoring, and inputting data into accounting software.
- Perform the job in the accounting department such as: following and checking on bank transactions, and payment transfers. Close the AR, AP, and Inventories matching with the BS.
- Entry the data accounting transactions, and ensure that the general ledger monthly is recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law (VAS) and to company requirements.
- Admin and other general affairs tasks.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University Graduate, major in Finance/ Accounting
・Language: English - Intermediate Level
・Experience and others:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounting staff in foreign companies (prefers working in Trading companies)
- Knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations.
- Can start working ASAP.
