<Job Responsibilities>
- Introduce, advertise and sell products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Prepare drawings, estimates and bids that meet special client needs. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships, actively take care of customers to ensure future sales.
- Understand the specifications, advantages and disadvantages of products, similar products, products of competitors.
- Conduct resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize their satisfaction.
- Achieve previously agreed revenue targets.
- Coordinate sales with team members and other departments.
- Analyze market potential.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, preferences, competitive activities and potential of products and services
- Follow up the contract performance process, support related departments in delivery and debt collection,
- Other business tasks assigned by superiors.
- Provide lamp specifications and advice to sales department or customers
- Select lamps according to customer's technical requirements
- Check the lights at the construction site
- Connecting and wiring sample products
- Product presentations to designers, contractors, and investors
- Support to calculate illuminance on Dialux software for M&E contractors

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in majors in Electrical and Electronic Engineer
・Gender : any
・Age : under 30
・Language : English at Business Level
・Experience : having at least 2 years of sales in projects
+ Able to go business 1-2 days/month to go business
