GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING – ACCOUNTING CHIEF

§  Work Location: District 7, HCMC

§  Work Time:

-         Monday-Friday (7:30 – 16:30)

-         Saturday (7:30-16:30) off once per month

§  Salary Range: Negotiable

 

JOB DUTIES

§  Report directly to Vietnamese HR & Admin Director

§  Manages 2 Accounting Staffs

§  Job Responsibilities:

-         Prepare and analyze the financial statement (monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheet reports) in accordance to IFRS Standards to submit to the Japanese parent company

-         Correspond to audits and inspection from tax authorities

-         Tax reports

-         Management of fixed asset, capital and cash

-         Calculate fixed asset costs

-         Manage transactions with banks, and payment procedures

-         Other duties will be shared in more details in the interview

 

Job RequirementS

§  Desirable Experience & Background

-         Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

-         Certificate of Chief Accountant is highly preferred

-         Language Skills: Japanese Conversational level (~N3) & English Intermediate level

-         3-5 years of working experience in the same position, preferably working for Japanese manufacturing companies

§  Desirable Character:

-         Gender: Any

-         Age: 25-35

-         Personality: integrity, honest, careful
