Job Description
1.C&B
-Work with Accounting Agency in checking Payroll Calculation and compiling annual PIT and report to Tax Department
-Do Monthly Incentive/Commission/Allowance/ Rewards Calculation
-Manage Staff’s Attendance, Leaves records and business trip.
-Complete SHUI for employee every month
-Do Labour Contract Termination and contact Social Health Offices and Labour Authority on providing Labour Book, Social Insurance Books for Leaving Staffs
-Prepare Performance Evaluation Sheet for members and support Country Manager in doing Performance Review Process (twice per year)
2.Personnel Database Management
-Labour Contract:
oUpdate new comers tracking and contract database and provide follow-up action as needed (renew, increment, leaving)
oGive notice to Country Manager and Line manager and collect performance record for member before contract expired date and probation term end
oPrepare Labour Contract
oCollect and manage personnel information (Profiles, Graduation Certificates, Criminal Records and other required documents)
-Internal Regulations
oDevelop and issue company’s policies such as: working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management
3.Japanese Members Support
-Prepare Visa and Work Permit applications, coordinate with service agency to get Visa and Work Permit for Japanese members,
-Ensure Japanese members’ Criminal Records are obtained prior to their joining date
-Manage the registration and renewal of Medical Health Insurance for new members
4.Recruitment and On-boarding Process
-Follow up Internal Recruitment Process both Local and Expatriate members (do Paper Screening, do 1st round interview, support Line Managers to set interview schedule, prepare Offer letter and support new member before joining)
-Work with Head Quarter’s Admin team to prepare and setup their PC, email, user account, etc.
-Do Orientation Training for new members: Company Profile, Internal Regulations and HR systems & policies
Others
-Fulfil local report requirements following templates of local authorities (Department of Labour, War Invalids, and Social Affairs (DOLISA), Immigration department,…)
-Have custody of the seal of the company and seal service agreements, legal forms, and other official documents on the company’s behalf.
-Coordinate in the planning and operation of company event such as company trip, yearend party
Requirements

-Language: Japanese from N2 or Fluent in English
-Required Experience: Has experience in Payroll Calculation, SHUI Declaration, Work Permit and Visa Application for Expatriate

Salary Range: Negotiable ( 100% in probation time)
Allowance: Meal : 300,000 VND / month, Annual Health checkup
