Japanese Speaking - Chief Accountant - Leasing

*Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Japanese General Manager
- Communicate and work with HeadQuater in Japan
- Performing tasks such calculating salary - calculating insurance - calculating tax
- Managing and monitoring the export and lease of container houses
- Making contracts for leasing and selling container houses
- Following up and asking customers to pay debts
- Managing internal revenues and expenditures
- Translating documents when needed

* Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years of experience or above as Chief Accountant in any industry
- Gender: Any
- Age: 28 - 40
- Be able to communicate in Japanese: N3 level (work with Japanese in HeadQuater)
- Management skills
- Skills of analysis, statistics, synthesis and financial management, making financial statements.
- Understand the current laws and tax and accounting policies.
- 2 working locations
+ District 2 starts from 8:30 - 5:30
+ Long Duc, Dong Nai starts from 8:00 - 4:45

*Preferable Requirements:
- Chief Accountant Certificate is preferred
