Work details
- Operate the operation to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.
- Is responsible for maintaining the restaurant's revenue as well as maintaining the high standards of food, service and health safety.
- Make suggestions for business development and marketing at the restaurant.
- Analyze,planning sales targets and profits.
- Arrange,implement marketing activities, promotional events or promotions
- Report at the end of the shift, week, and month includes the contents: Personnel,products,turnover,activities to Direct management.
- Understand the competence of subordinate employees and arrange suitable jobs for each employee so that they can achieve the set goals of the Company.
- Prepare and implement a plan to work, develop, train restaurant staff, and evaluate staff twice a year.
- Solve customers' inquiries and complaints.
- Meet, greet customers and arrange a table.
- Check and supervise the arrangement of the working shifts of the parts in the restaurant.
- Control the level of inventory and orders of the parts of the restaurant daily.
- Is responsible for welcoming and maintaining relationships with the relevant agencies related to the store's business.
- Effectively implement asset management,warehouse management,warehouse raw material monitoring and warehouse layout.
- Advice and find suitable premises to open Restaurants of the Company
- Develop a plan of return on investment,profit and loss simulation,and investment costs when opening a new store.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- College or University degree
- Have 3 years of management experience or more in service industries especially Restaurant
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25 - 45
- Have general knowledge about food, beverages and service industries.
- Agile, suitable for the service environment
- Japanese speaking at N3 or above
- Proficient in using software and office applications for work.
- Honest, serious at work, high sense of responsibility
