Work details
- Set up & fulfill Department's target and make strategy plan to achieve Department's target.
- Organize purchasing jobs, survey jobs and make reports.
- Manage, coordinate, monitor project activities, survey purchasing activities.
- Manage relationship with current suppliers.
- Join activities related to the survey & purchasing department, organize marketing activities.
- Build database of material sources for each product & region.
- Cooperate with other departments to solve the quality problem of the raw material.
- Coordinate outsourcing activities. Cooperate with the QC team to check, negotiate, make contract & payment for the supplier.
- Cooperate with relevant departments to complete the purchasing processes, supplier evaluation process, establish job description & set up target for each staff to evaluate the staff's performance. Attend the internal audits, audits of the customers, the partners.
- Cooperate with HR and other departments to make training programs to improve skills for the staffs of the department.
- Organize, promote, cooperate and fulfill any company activities like committees, projects, audits and training.
- Build a working culture in the direction of the Board.

- Experience: Purchasing manager from 3 years in any industry.
- Language: English conversational level.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel).
- Ability to think logical and analytical.
