GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: SITE NURSE - CONSTRUCTION
 Level: Staff 
 Contract Term: 2 to 3 year labor contract (to be renewed/extended according to the staff performance and the project duration)
 Recruitment Reason: New-hire
 Expected joining date: ASAP
 Work Location: HCMC
 Work Time: Mon - Fri [8h30 - 17h30] 
 Allowance(s): $50 (Meal & Transportation)
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year/ salary is supposed to be re-considered every year based on the performance of the staff and the company condition. 
 Selection Process: Two rounds 


JOB DUTIES
 Report to Vietnamese and Australian Managers
 Job Responsibilities:
- To implement, maintain established HSE Management Plan & Procedures.
- Propose the health management plan in compliance with Vietnam Law, Regulation.
- To provide necessary training related to First Aid. 
- To train designated staff to be First Aider.
- To manage and maintain First Aid Room including relevant facilities to ensure its preparedness to deal with any emergency and/or accident situation. 
- To organize necessary programs to propagandize topic on health care, occupational diseases prevention for employees. 
- Propose the method to check and ensure health condition of employees is adequate for site work, working at height, etc.
- To in charge of implementing the HIV/AIDS Prevention Programme. 
- Prepare necessary reports related to health & safety issues. 
- Other tasks as requested.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Desirable Background & Experience:
- Having relevant decree, certificate related to medical qualification.
- Having required license to allocate medicine. (Preferable)
- Good experience in same position for construction project and/or factory. 
- Good in using MS Office.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Have knowledge of local Vietnam law system, regulation and standards for health & safety management.
