JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Manager
Main Tasks:
-To prepare the company’s budget and control expenses. Prepare monthly report pertaining to the company’s financial status (BA/PL/Cash Flow)
-Manage money collection and credit control. Conduct monthly projection collection meeting. Direct issuance of invoices so that the company receives payment promptly and fully from customers for all amounts due.

-Ensure accuracy of Accounts Receivable records. Maintain and monitor, especially long outstanding balances and to take necessary action for debts recovery.
-To manage in Human Resource matters;
a) HR Planning, Recruitment and Selection,
b) HR Development,
c) Issue of payroll,
d) Compensation and Benefit,
e) Employee and labor relation,
f) Safety and Health,
g) HR research.
