<Job Responsibilities>
・Find tenant property at shopping mall
・Negotiate the condition of a contract with lessor to lease
・Arrange supplier company
・Propose basic interior design for new store and existing store they redecorate
・Process control of construction
・Make investment profit planning
・Support sales team to improve store

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor degree
・Language Skills: English Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-35
・5+ years’ Store Development job in Retail, Service industry
・Has strong relationship with shopping mall
・Ba able to negotiate with shopping mall/ supplier and etc.
