Senior Account Executive (Agency) - Advertising

<Products: Offshore Development service, Application development, Website Creation and Maintenance, Social Media and website advertising>
<Clients: FMCG industry and etc.>

<Job Responsibilities>
* Account SOW: 30%, Sales SOW: 70%

・ Account SOW
- Manage monthly Web production projects
- Take care of and develop existing and potential customers
- Work with internal teams such as design teams, engineers to ensure project progress and complete monthly requests from customers.
- Control progress, track projects and send reports to customers to ensure they reach committed KPIs
- Make monthly plans for Digital projects like facebook, google and other advertising channels
- Manage the cost of implementing campaigns for projects and make monthly payment procedures with customers

・Sale SOW
- Find new customers on channels to sell the company's services
- Research and analyze customer needs. Coordinate with related departments to develop ideas, plan, build proposals, present and persuade clients.
- Build profiles, search and develop relationships with vendors for related campaigns, events and projects.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: English Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 24-30

- 2-3y of experience in advertising agencies with knowledge of marketing & sales.
- Creates MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Ability to work independently and good teamwork spirit
- Good communication / presentation skill
- Ability to build relationships
- Good time arrangement and time management skills
- Experience in digital, social media and web production
- Compulsory English

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Language Skills: It's better if can use Japanese.
