<Position Objective/Expectation >
Follow Pos (Point of Sales) and manage booking, delivery schedule, transportation method, and the whole procedure of transportation from Production country to Sales Country.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Cover/follow all of JUNIOR stuff job description
- Complete own operative jobs under limited supervision.
- Handle non-routine matters within individual area of authority using discretion and initiative
- Understand the business and identify issues on site.
- Promote improving productivity and stabilizing quality by further digitization such as notification of delivery delay, and confirmation of desired delivery schedule and priority.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 27 - 35
- Gender: Any
- Education Background: University/College degree of any major
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
+ Have at least 5 years of experience in Logistics (ex. Forwarding (Ocean shipment/ Air Shipment/ Land shipment), export/import and Supply Chain Management)
+ Must have experience in international flight forwarding (not only document checking but also operation), strong at Air Freight.
- Others:
+ Demonstrated (or potentially) strong Leadership
+ Strong problem-solving, logical & innovative
+ Can travel for business by car/airplane to logistics facility (Port/Airport/Warehouse).
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Prefer candidates who are good at English and Japanese OR English and Chinese
- Prefer candidates who have experience in Apparel/ Textile/ Garment companies
