Management and General Accountant

<Job Responsibilities>
a) General accounting work: documents collection and check, date input, data review, accrual and amortization schedule, cost allocation, bank reconciliation, production cost analysis etc

b) Inventory management for work in progress & finished goods:
• Control all transactions related to work in progress and finished Goods.
• Work closely with production sections to check inventory to account for the precise production cost monthly.

c) Costing and analysis
• Perform costing function to ensure accurate standard cost for WIP and Finished goods.
• Aggregate production costs to calculate actual production cost.
• Monitor bill of material to understand the materials used and the material cost.

d) Data input into, and data/report writing from SAP

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 24 - 35
- Education Background: College Degree or above, majors in Accounting, Finance, Auditing
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
+ Minimum 2 years of general and cost accounting in an international manufacturing company or factory.
+ Handled well SAP or similar accounting software
+ Experience in production cost analysis and proposal for cost reduction
+ Experience in financial reporting in English to overseas HQ or regional HQ outside Vietnam.
+ Experience in standard cost calculatoin and setting.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Prefer candidates who are good at Japanese language skill
- CPA and/or management accounting credential in Vietnam or other countries preferred.
