<Job Responsibility>
(i) To work together with the other Procurement Managers and Purchaser to correct and put together the contract document and payment document to make report to Contract Manager for additional claim to client
(ii) To make report of each contract and payment to Contract Manager for additional claim to client.
(iii) Make process of sending document to subcontractors for progress payment and other purpose.
(iv) To check the payment, claim for document of covid related or other unexpected claim document and make progress payment.
(v) To contact to local and international suppliers or manufacturers and inquiry for quotation, and other required documents.
(vi) To check, prepare and input the terms and conditions on Purchase Orders and other contract documents under the instruction of Procurement Executive / Manager.
(vii) To Operate Procurement System called SAP ByD to issuing PO and Control those Order.
(viii) To coordinate with each Sub system manager, construction team and Logistic team to complete Orders, including Document checking such as “Request for Procurement”.
(ix) To support negotiation and other Procurement Activities for Procurement Executive/Manager, interpret/translate English – Vietnamese
(x) To control/confirm the Contract Price and Invoice amount for Controlling the Payment.
(xi) To update the Procurement Schedule for Various Items.
(xii) To support subcontractor’s claim management with Procurement Manager
(xiii) Any administration work such as paperwork, arrangement, etc.
(xiv) Any tasks instructed by Procurement Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Age: 27 - 40 years old.
・Gender: Any
・Education Background: University degree, preferable major in Foreign trade, Commercial, Economics .. etc ..
・Language Skills: English - Business level (very good at speaking)
・Experience:
- Have at least 5 years of experience as Procurement Coordinator, Purchasing staff in construction field
- Willing to work mainly on administrative task (70%) & purchasing task (30%)
<Preferable skills/experience>
- Purchasing experience for construction projects/companies is preferable
